Objective: To investigate the distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in chronicsuppurative otitis media, drug-susceptible and antibiotic resistance mechanism, andprovide preliminary clinical evidence for diagnosis and treatment of chronicsuppurative otitis media. Methods: To collect240cases of patients with chronic otitis media surgery, intraoperative, postoperative lesions of secretion, preoperative and postoperativespecimens were collected for the external auditory canal, intraoperative specimenstympanic sinus/intratympanic acquisition, respectively, to the cultivation ofanaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria identification and antibiotic susceptibilitytesting, screening of quinolone-resistant strains; sequence analysis and polymerasechain reaction (PCR)-section83of the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa eatbacteria gyrA gene point mutation at codon to explorethe point mutations in thefluorine wow Snow ketones antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Result: Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative total of240specimens,Pseudomonas aeruginosa culture was positive in38(15.83%of the total detection rate;38/240), preoperative external auditory canal culture was positive in38cases(detection rate of100.00%38/38), tympanic sinus surgery/tympanic culture waspositive in30cases (78.95%detection rate,30/38), postoperative external auditorycanal culture positive for27cases (71.05%detection rate,27/38). SPSS13.0softwarestatistical analysis: the external auditory canal and surgery in the preoperativetympanic sinus/tympanic detection rates were significantly different (P=0.008<0.05, Fisher exact probability method), the tympanic sinus surgery/tympanic andpostoperative external auditory canal no significant difference in detection rate(Pearsonχ2=1.510, P=0.219>0.05);24ciprofloxacin-resistant bacteria, resistancerate of63.16%: ciprofloxacin Pseudomonas aeruginosa, sensitive test for detection of display The Aeromonas MIC>4μg/ml that bacteria is resistant; Sequence analysisshowed that fluoroquinolone-sensitive P. aeruginosa gyrA sequence in GenBank,21different ciprofloxacin resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa gyrA gene sequenceoccurred following83password-bit mutation: Thr (ACC)â†'Ile (ATC).Conclusion1. Chronic suppurative otitis media to aerobic infection, Pseudomonas aeruginosahigher detection rate of the total seizure (15.83%;38/240).2.83codon of the P. aeruginosa chromosome DNAgyrA gene mutation is animportant mechanism of resistance fluorine twitter promise ketones antibiotics.
