Objective:To evaluate the use of64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis Ofhemorrhagic moyamoya disease.Methods:We analyzed the clinical and imaging data of16cases withhemorrhagic Moyamoya disease retrospectively. CT routine scan of headand CTA volume scanning of head-neck were performed in allpatients.The angiography obtained were processed on the ADW4.2workstation to perform VR, MIP)and multiplanar MPR.7out of16cases were accepted DSA.Results:In all of the16patients,CTA showed varied lesions ofstenosis and obstruction in intracranial arteries(ICA) and abnormal vesselnetwork in the basal part of brain;and the condition of collateral circulationin the brain.The diagnosis of CTA were confirmed by DSA in all the7cases.Conclusion:CTA maybe a kind of preferred, quick, economic, safe,accurate and noninvasive examine. |
