| Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics，diagnosis andtreatment strategies of gastric stromal tumors. Methods The clinical andpathological features of22patients with GST from2007to2011.ResultsThe clinical manifestation was found in patients with GST was thedigestive symptoms. All of GSTs in the group were surgically removed. Ofthe22GSTs,22cases were positive for CD117(100%),19cases werepositive for CD34(86.3%). Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of GSTis difficult．The positive of CD117is decisive characteristic the diagnosisof GST，Surgical resection of the local disease is the gold standard therapy.The therapeutic efficacy should be promoted with Imatinib （Gleevec）. |
