Objective:To analysis the role and clinical significance of interleukin-17,CD36monocytes, Tumor necrosis factor in the process of coronary heart disease, explore the mechanism of coronary heart disease of chronic inflammation, looking for the peripheral blood of sensitive and high specific inflammatory factors, not only provide a more effective method to diagnosis coronary heart disease, but also to assessment the coronary artery stenosis.Methods:Selected90cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease in Jingzhou Central Hospital Department of Cardiology, from September2010to june2011,and30cases the same period in healthy volunteers.CHD were divided into three groups, acute myocardial infarction in30cases,30cases of unstable angina group,30cases of stable angina.30cases of the Jingzhou hospital and health care healthy person as control group without coronary heary disease history, the electrocardiogram showed normal exercise stress ECG negative. All objects were excluded from heart failure,liver and kidney dysfunction, congenital heart disease, pulmonary heart disease,combined a variety of cardiomyopathy, combined with tumor, rauma, nfection, eripheral vascular disease, autoimmune disease, and cardiac surgery within three months or intervention surgery. Four sets of samples were taken from venous blood9ml,in acute myocardial infarction, blood sampling time after the onset of24h;Sampling time of the unstable angina group onset of chest pain last after24h; Stable angina and healthy control group was taken in the fasting state.All specimens in30minutes3000r/min centrifugation for10minutes,the serum was separated after sealing a sealed tube,stored at-80℃test.Double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent sandwich assay of plasma interleukin-17and TNF-α levels, the determination of the level of plasma monocyte CD36by flow cytometry technoloty. All data are presented as mean±standard deviation (x±s) between the two groups were compared using single factor analysis of variance (F test),between any two groups were compared using LSD-t test, correlation analysis using pearson correlation.Results:1、Acute myocardial infarction group, the plasma interleukin-17,CD36and TNF-α levels were significantly higher than the unstable angina, stable angina and control groupls,there was significant difference(p<0.01);The correlation analysis showed that acute myocardial infarction plasma interleukin-17,CD36levels of TNF-α levels were positively correlated.2、The plama levels of interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-α in groups of UAP were higher than stable angina and normal controls,there was significant difference(p<0.05);The correlation analysis showed that unstable angina plasma interleukin-17,CD36levels of TNF-p levels were positively correlated.3、The plama levels of interleukin-17, CD36monocytes and TNF-α in groups of stable angina were higher than normal controls,there was significant difference(p<0.05);The correlation analysis showed that stable angina plasma interleukin-17,CD36levels of TNF-αlevels were positively correlated.Conclusion:1、The plama levels of interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-α in the group of AMI were significantly higher than groups of UAP,SAP and normal controls(p<0.01),and plasma IL-17,monocyte CD36levels of TNF-α levels were positively correlated.2、The plama levels of interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-a in groups of UAP were higher than SAP and normal controls, and plasma IL-17,monocyte CD36levels of TNF-αlevels were positively correlated.3、The plama levels of interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-α in groups of SAP were higher than normal controls, and plasma IL-17,monocyte CD36levels of TNF-α levels were positively correlated.The interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-α play an important role in the inflammatory response in coronary atherosclerosis, ssociated with the incidence and development of coronary. The interleukin-17,CD36monocytes and TNF-α level determination may important to diagnosis of coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease.
