The Study Of "Warming Yang And Nourishing Qi" Acupuncture On Eamg Rats Serum Expression Level Of Il-12and Il-18

Objective: With warming yang and nourishing qi acupuncture treatment EAMG rats,by observing the change of EAMG rats serum IL-12, IL-18expression levels, analysis themechanism of action and effects of Warming yang and Nourishing qi acupuncture fortreatment of MG, to improve the application level of the acupuncture treatment MG provideobjective experiment basis.Method: Use AChRα1129-145peptide fragments to immunization Lewis female rats60,for establish EAMG rat models; randomly selected the successful EAMG model rats30,10rats were set to acupuncture treatment group,10rats were set to drug control group,10ratswere set to model control group, the unmodelled10rats which were purchased at the sameperiod were set to blank control group; the acupuncture treatment group to be warming yangand nourishing qi acupuncture treatment, the drug control group to be the the pyridostigminetreatment, the remaining two groups will not be any special treatment, only as a control toobserve; After treatment, all of the4groups rats were blooded from the vein of tail root, usedELESA method to detect serum expression level of IL-12and IL-18.Result:①Successfully established EAMG rat model31, the expression level of IL-12and IL-18was significantly increased in the model control group rats serum, which is a verysignificant difference to compared with the control group rats (P<0.01);②The correlationstudy between Lennon symptom score and EAMG rats serum IL-12, IL-18expression levelhad shown that both of the IL-12, IL-18expression level were showed a positive linearrelationship with Lennon symptom score；③After treatment, the serum IL-12expressionlevels of acupuncture treatment group were significantly reduced, which was compared withthe model control group had shown significant difference (P<0.05); by the same way, theserum IL-18expression levels had shown very significant difference (P<0.01);④Acupuncture treatment group compared with the drug control group showed that bothtreatments was no significant difference in the regulation of IL-12, IL-18expression(P>0.05).Conclusion:①Both of IL-12and IL-18were played an important role in thepathogenesis of EAMG, the main mechanism of action may was IL-12and IL-18inducedIFN-γ production, then lead of AChR-Ab expression levels were significantly elevated; ②IL-12and IL-18took part in the whole process of EAMG, and the severity of EAMGsymptoms is closely related to IL-12, IL-18expression level;③The warming yang andnourishing qi acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on EAMG, its effect was similar withpyridostigmine, the mechanism of action may was IFN-γ and AChR-Ab expression leveldecline by the role of IL-12and IL-18;④The warming yang and nourishing qi acupuncturehas a good therapeutic effect on the MG, this treatment can reduce IL-12, IL-18expressionlevels, acupuncture as a valid treatment for the MG, which can effectively increase the MGlevel of treatment...
