The Methodology Study Of Developing The Clinical Practice Guidelines Of TCM

Researche BackgroudWith the development of social economy and the progress of medical science and technology,many coutries all over the world,especially the developed countries,confront with the increasingly complex environment of the medical service since the1980s.Many countries were forced to adopt a series of measures to adjust and reform the health care system in order to control the fund reasonably and strengthen the management of the quality of the health care.The Clinical Practice Giuldeline(CPG) is one of effective ways to solve these problems.Consequently,many countries are paying more attention to the development and application of CPG.Especially in the past20years,the generation and development of BCG was promoted by the development of Evidence-based medicine,epidemiology and large-scale clinical research.In recent years,with the development of economic and society in our country, the complex problems which was met by Health Service Industry is similar with the developed countries’.The public health administrative department and the domestic academic groups are gradually paying the attention to the development and application of BCG.In recent years,the experts and scholars of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has developed the premliminary researches on CPG.Meanwhile,the modernization and internationalization of TCM can also promote the research on the evidence-based clinical practice guidelines of TCM.Purpose and SignificanceThe purpose and significance of the methodolohical research on developing the BCG:(1)the need of the Standardization.modernization and Internationalization of TCM;(2)the need of improving the technology of clinical diagnosis and treatment;(3)the need of disposing medical resources rationally and easing the sress of the doctor-patient relationship.Contents and ResultsThe paper discusses mainly about the general procedure of developing the CPG.the method of selecting the topics of CPG,the study of developing the literature method and the quality evalution system of the literature,the way of forming the expert consensus,the way of developing the system of grading of evidence and the level of recommend,and so on by combining the systematic research of the relevant domestic and international literature with the practical experience of developing Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Pediatric Diseases in Chinese Medicine.Finally,the methodology of developing CPG is formed.Creationary Point The creationary points of this research:(1)forming the methodology and the general procedure of developing the CPG;(2)discussing the position and significance of the experience of ancient physicans in the CPG,and discussing preliminarily the way of drawing the experience of ancient physicans;(3)discussing the way of developing the quality evalution system of the literature and the way of developing the system of grading of evidence and the level of recommend.
