The Clinical Distribution Characteristics And Drug Resistance Variance Of Acinetobacter Baumannii Clinical Specimens During2007-2011in The First Affiliated Hospital Of Guangxi Medical University In The Study

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution characteristics anddrug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii.METHODS.Sample sources and clinical distribution of2762Acinetobacter baumannii strains from Jan2007to Dec2011in our hospital wereretrospectively.collected.All the susceptibility of isolates was tested byKirby-Bauer method，and the antibiotic resistance was judged from NCCLSstandard.And then we analysed their drug resistance and tendency.RESULTS A total of2762strains of Acinetobacter baumannii wereisolated from2007-2011.Every year was349,531,534,657and691respectively.The main specimens were sputum(1866), secretion(267),drainageliquid(121),endotracheal.catheter(95) and blood(89). The constituent ratio was67.56%,9.67%,4.38%,3.44%,3.22%respectively;These strains mainly distributed inICU，plastic surgery department of burn，respiratory disease department，geriatricdepartment and neurology department. The top position was ICU with theconstituent ratio about50%.Other departments(including plastic surgery department of burn, respiratory disease department，geriatric department andneurology department) were less than10%mostly. The sensitivity to13kinds ofcommon antibiotics decreased as the time passed. The sensitivity to Sulperazon,Meropenem,Tienam was respectively91.4%,87.97%,87.97%in2007,and50.8%,23.59%、22.43%in2011. The drug resistance increasedgradually. Except Cefoperazone／sulbactam，the resistance rate to the other12antibiotics was significantly high(about80%);1382multi-drug resistantAcinetobacter baumannii strains were isolated from2007to2011, namely13(3.73%) in2007,132(24.86%) in2008,273(51.12%) in2009,460(70.02%) in2010,and504(72.94%) in2011;1208pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanniistrains were isolated from2007to2011, that is1(0.29%) in2007,66(12.43%) in2008,227(42.51%) in2009,422(64.23%) in2010and492(71.2%) in2011.CONCLUSION The isolatred strains of Acinetobacter baumannii increased asthe time passed. The main specimens were sputum, secretion, drainage liquid,endotracheal catheter and blood; These strains mainly distributed in ICU, plasticsurgery department of burn, respiratory disease department, geriatric departmentand neurology department; The drug resistance increased gradually from2007to2011. The amount of multi-drug resistant and pan-drug resistant Acinetobacterbaumannii also increased sharply.
