Objective: The value of2D and3D ultrasound parameter in lesions of the cervicallymph nodes. Methods: Totally131patients with169cervical lymph node wereenrolled. Patients were divided into3groups:(Reactive node group, lymphoma group andmetastatic node group), according to their pathologic or Follow-up results. Its shortdiameter and length ratio (S/L), lymph node medulla area and the total area ratio (Am/At),lymph node medulla volume and total volume ratio (Vm/Vt) and three-dimensional bloodflow distribution type were analyzed, and discriminant function were established. Results:①three-dimensional blood flow distribution type had statistical difference among3groups(all P<0.05).②Vm/Vt for the variables X1, three-dimensional blood flowdistribution type for the variable X2, S/L for the variable X3, Am/At for the variable X4, Y1,Y2, Y3represent reactive node group, lymphoma group and metastatic node group,3Fisher discriminant functions were: Y1=-1.532+1.389X1+1.806X2+0.995X3+1.236X4,Y2=-11.392+11.932X1+7.530X2+3.989X3+2.002X4, Y3=-15.531+12.377X1+7.850X2+7.344X3+3.422X4.③And their accuracy rate of retrospective inspection were85.00%(51/60),66.67%(38/57),90.38%(47/52), respectively. Conclusion: Three-dimensionl blood flow distribution type and Vm/Vt could be used as index in diagnosis ofcervical lymph nodes with different lesion properties....
