| Objective:To compare the routine mitral valve replacement (MVR) with mitralvalve replacement with preservation of subvalvular apparatus (MVRP) on the impromentof postoperative left heart function. Methods:Retrospective analysis of57cases of thesimple mitral valve replacement,Conventional mitral valve replacement(MVR) with30cases of group A, mitral valve replacement with preservation of subvalvularapparatus(MVRP) with27cases in Group B,compare the indexes of left Heart function ofleft ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF%), left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS%)in two groups were detected by using the color Doppler sonography before thereplacement and3months after the replacement.Results:3month after surgery averagesize of LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, LVFS in group A respectively were59±6.5mm,44.3±7.1mm,60.1±7.3%,30.3±7.7%,in group B respectively52.1±7.8mm,41.3±6.4mm,66.5±4.2%,33.3±8.5%.All Indicators of3month after surgery than beforesurgery was statistical difference (P <0.05). In group B, postoperative left ventricularfunction improvement is better than group A (P <0.01).Conclusions: The postoperativeinfluence on left heart function in MVRP group is better than MVR group. |
