Objective: The main objective of this essay is that to study the impact of ouborhinitis electuary for the Th2serum cells of the anaphylactic rhinitis experimental rats andits other factors cells (IL-4, IL-5); to observe the change of the nasal mucosa mast cells ofthe anaphylactic rhinitis experimental rats; to discuss the foundation and therapeutic effectof the model of the anaphylactic rhinitis experimental rats. Methods: There are60healthyadult wistar rats, which can be divided into same numbers of males and females. Theserats will be made for rat models with egg albumin sensitization. Then, the successfullymodels will be going to random allocation. Next, after feeding them medicine for28days,it can draw blood from carotid artery and separate their serum. Furthermore, the ELISAmethods should be used to detect the amount of total IgE, IL-4and IL-5. Also the flowcytometry (FCM) should be used to inspect Th2cells contents of peripheral blood cells.Lastly, with1%armor aniline blue staining watches the changes of the experiment rats’nasal mucosa mast cells. Results:1) Compared with the normal groups, the serum level ofthe model rats striking rise about IL-4, IL-5and IgE (P<0.01), but the serum level of thetherapeutic rats bring down about IL-4, IL-5and IgE (P<0.05). Also, the difference isremarkable between therapeutic rats and the masculine rats (P<0.05).2) Compared withthe normal group, the Th2cells of the model rats clear grow (P<0.05); compared with themodel group, the Th2cells of the oubo rhinitis electuary small dose group have noobvious difference (P>0.05); but the Th2cells of the oubo rhinitis electuary medium andhigh dose group evident decrease (P<0.05); at the same time, the Th2cells of XinQingroup sharp down (P<0.05), the Th2cells of the oubo rhinitis electuary medium and highdose group have no distinct change when we compared with the XinQin group(P>0.05).3)The Pathological pictures show the Mast cell in nasal mucosa of model rats are increase, each givemedicine rats are reduce, the average number of high dose group’s Mast cell in nasal mucosa is minimum. Conclusion: In order to explore the antiallergic effect and to alleviate the allergic rhinitissymptoms, the oubo rhinitis electuary may reduce the serum of the experimental rats ofthe amount of IL-4, IL-5, total IgE and Th2content and the nasal mucous membrane ofthe number of mast cells.
