Objective:Through90cases of acute cerebral infarction patients according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is divided into hot phlegm type such as seven groups, respectively, the color Doppler ultrasound examination, and then the test results were compared for the acute stage of cerebral infarction, the differentiation of TCM syndrome and carotid atherosclerosis, for syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine to provide the objective basis, and then the future exploration of combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction in this way to provide theoretical guidance.MethodsThrough the collection of Wuhan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Encephalopathy Division in2010encephalopathy diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction patients with a total of90cases, the subjects were confirmed as cerebral infarction on CT, consistent with the diagnosis of Western medicine with reference to the Fourth National Academic Conference on cerebrovascular disease through" various types of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis" identified in the acute period of cerebral infarction diagnosis standard. TCM syndrome type in reference to the1996State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in emergency research group developed the" stroke diagnosis curative effect evaluation criteria"-(for Trial Implementation), which can be divided into the wind hyperactivity group, wind phlegm and blood stasis resistance group, the wind on the fire faze group, phlegmy wet god group, phlegmy heat astringing real group, Yin deficiency pneumatic group, sputum fire and blood stasis group, a total of seven type. Acute period of cerebral infarction patients in the wind on the fire faze group, phlegmy wet god group, phlegmy heat astringing real group,the wind hyperactivity groupcarotid atherosclerosis detection rate than other group increased significantly (P<0.05).ConclusionCarotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction in acute stage with strong correlation. Carotid atherosclerosis may be acute period of cerebral infarction of different syndromes of intrinsic factor, may be associated with TCM phlegm evil, evil fire on.
