Object:To elucidate diagnostic value for B-mode ultrasonography in patients with chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis that B-mode ultrasonography can provide reliable experimental basis assessing the degree of liver fibrosis accurately, Through the comparison research method with liver in chronic hepatitis B-mode ultrasonography between biopsyMethod:①According to etiology152cases of chronic hepatitis patients divide into the chronic hepatitis B group, the chronic hepatitis C group and non viral hepatitis group.②The three groups undertake B-mode ultrasonography and biopsy, and review the correlation.③To compare the three groups patients with liver fibrosis in B-mode ultrasonography.④To compare the three groups patients with liver biochemistry indexes and B-mode ultrasonography.Results:①The liver essence echo with B-mode ultrasonography is also increasingly thickening, enhancement according to the increase of degree of hepatic fibrosis.②The chronic hepatitis C of liver fibrosis most display liver essence echo increases roughly, enhancement.③The Chronic hepatitis B and non viral hepatitis of liver fibrosis most only showed coarse echotexture, no echo enhancement performance.④Non viral chronic hepatitis patients with coarse echotexture appeared later than in chronic viral hepatitis. Liver fibrosis is significant and appear liver with coarse echotexture.⑤ALB, CHE, PLT reflecting liver reserve function of liver biochemistry index is lower, and the liver B-mode ultrasonography in liver with coarse echotexture and spleen thickness increase is more obvious.Conclusion:①Hepatic B ultrasound for diagnosis of liver fibrosis degree is a simple, easy, noninvasive detection means, and certain advantages and reference value in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.②The commonly used liver biochemistry indexes such as ALB, CHE, PLT judging the degree of liver fibrosis also has some reference value.
