Objective:Explore the320-row CT cerebral perfusion imaging and angiography in chronic cerebral insufficiency in the value of clinical research. Methods:Retrospective analysis diagnosed54cases of CCCI hospitalized patients and out-patient11cases of health checks by control from October2010to January2012Department of Neurology in Two Hundred and Eight Hospital.Underwent a320-slice CT cerebral perfusion imaging and angiography for determination of regional cerebral blood flow (CBF), regional cerebral blood volume (CBV), mean transit time (MTT) and the contrast agent time to peak (TTP) and other relevant data on the brain tissue blood flow analysis,Analysis with various brain tissue hemodynamics; The analysis of observed patients and normal intracanial vascular morphology, the existence of abnormal branches, and narrow; Results:The control group CTPI study found that brain gray matter CBF,CBV by MTT and white matter CBF,CBV by MTT average of the two differences were significant. There are difference between the CCCI group and control group, gray matter CBF by TTP and white matter the CBF by TTP are significant.cerebral vascular stenosis or abnormal in35cases(64.8%);normal inll case:cerebral vascular stenosis or abnormal in3cases(27.3%).24case of patients with diabetes mellitus, vascular stenosis in17case(70.8%);18cases of patients suffering from hypertension, vascular stenosis in7cases(38.9%).Conclusion:The320-slice CT cerebral angiography can show the CCCI the shape of the internal carotid and vertebrobasilar arterial system, running the branch, together with its collateral form and circulation situation;Hemodynamic brain tissue through CTPI also at the sam time, more comprehensive understanding of the cerebral vascular perfusion.
