The Superiority Of Sevoflurane In Pediatric Ophthalmology Short Anesthesia

[Objective] In order to determine sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and the ketamine anesthesia in the pediatric ophthalmology minor surgery,observing the children of the hemodynamic changes、the removal of the laryngeal mask of the time of surgery and the complication for the laryngeal mask airway.[Method] All the case are divided into control group(n1=34)and treatment group(n2=42). The control group underwent conventional ketamine general anesthesia,and the treatment group received depends on sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Recording the hemodynamic changes(SBP、 DBP、 HR),the average concentration of the inhaled sevoflurane, the end-tidal carbon dioxide concentration and unplug the time of the laryngeal mask, adverse reactions.[Result] T o compare the hemodynamic changes(SBP、DBP、HR) of the time T1T2T3T4T5for the control group and treatment group, the results are statistically significant(p<0.05).[Conclusion]1. Two anesthetic techniques are applicable for minor surgery in pediatric ophthalmology.2. Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is better than ketamine anesthesia in the pediatric ophthalmology minor surgery.3. Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is better than ketamine anesthesia in the adverse reactions.4. Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is more suitable for pediatric ophthalmology surgery in the pharmacological characteristics.
