Comparative Study Of Ultrasonic Elastography And Molybdenum X-Ray Photography In Breast Diseases

Objective:To assess the value of ultrasonic elastography and mammography in the differentiation of breast diseases. Methods:Eighty female54with62lesions in breast were examined with elastography and MX-rP. Pathology was used as the golden diagnosing criterion. The accuracy of ultrasonic elastography and MX-rP for diagnosing breast diseases was compared. Results:The diagnosis accuracy of UE and MX-rP is89.5%and78.9%. When the three diagnosis ways were combined, the accuracy is95.6%. Conclusions:1. For the breast mass. UE have more value than mammography;2.For the calcification.mammography has more value than UE;3. The best way is the combination of UE and mammography.4. The accuracy of ultrasonic elastography is higer than that of color.
