The Clinical Observation Of Tang Shen Bao On Early Stage Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the combined Tang Shen Bao valsartan capsules (Diovan) inthe patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Combination of Chinese traditional andWestern medicine therapy on early diabetic nephropathy in diabetic nephropathyadvantages, safe, effective, convenient prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and thetreatment method.Method:1.100patients with DN, were randomly divided into2groups.55cases inthe treatment group,45cases in the control group, the clinical course of5～15years. Twocases of general information by X~2test, no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2.basis for treatment, the treatment group+valsartan capsules (Diovan)80mg one time aday sugar renal treasure; the control group: basic treatment+valsartan capsules(Diovan)80mg one time a day, Novartis China,one month for a period. Statistical methods:all data to deal with SPSS15.0software. Data to mean+SD (x+s), measurement datausing t test, count data using X~2test, P value less than0.05considered the difference wasstatistically significant. Result: comparison of results with Tang Shen Bao treatmentgroups urinary albumin, lipid blood rheology, urine α1microglobulin in patients before andafter treatment was significantly lower (P<0.05or P<0.01)；on the blood glucose andglycated hemoglobin has a certain improving effect.Conclusion:The combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, Tang ShenBao combined with valsartan capsule in treating early diabetic nephropathymicroalbuminuria has remarkable curative effect especially decreasing on UAER、urine α1microglobulin、TC and TG，increasing on HDL,to improve lipid blood rheology andprotecting kidne.
