Effects Of The Xuebijing Injectionon Of Lung Function In Patients With Mods | Posted on:2013-07-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Z L Wei | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2234330374484998 | Subject:Traditional Chinese Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective: To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection on inflammatorymediators、extravascular lung water and respiratory function in multiple organ dysfunctionsyndrome (MODS)。Methods:Forty-one adult patients were choosed form a variety of causes inQianfoshan hospital with MODS,randomly divided into control group(given to compreh-ensive treatment of conventional Western medicine,Including infection control, respir-atory support,to maintain hemodynamic stability,improve microcirculation,nutritionalsupport,and other organ support therapy)and treatment group(Based on the comprehensivetreatment of Conventional Western medicine given to Xuebijing injection100ml plus100ml0.9%saline intravenously,every bit of time in30-40minutes,2times a day,7days)。Placement PiCCO catheter,monitoring,extravascular lung water index (EVLWI)and intrathoracic blood volume index (ITBVI) changes。Record peak airway pressure(Ppeak),lung compliance (Cdyn) and blood gas analysis。Results: After7days treatment, and monitoring of inflammatory mediatorsinterleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) significantly reduced,EVLWIreduced, ITBVI stabilized。 Ppeak and Cdyn improved, oxygenation index wassignificantly improved。 Compared with control group differences were statisticallysignificant (p <0.05)。Conclusion:Xuebijing injection can reduce the inflammatory mediators, reduceMODS in patients with extravascular lung water and improve respiratory function, improve the success rate. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Xuebijing injection, inflammatory mediators, extravascular lung water, respiratory function | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
