Study On Medication Regularity Of Professor Shao Nianfana In Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris In Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine differential treatmentregulation of stable angina pectoris,in order to provide the basis for TCM treatment in thedisease and the reliable reference for the clinical treatment and clinical research.Methods:The research collected and analyzed clinical cases,which focused on the medicine beenused,especially the internal therapy.Database was established with Access and Excelsoftware,the medicine serves as the variable, the medicine found in prescriptions wasvaluated as1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valuated as0.Frequency analysiswas appllied to find the commonly used medicines and medicine category,clusteringanalyses was appllied to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship,all above methods were been used to explore the regulations of Chinese herbs usage.Results:105cases were selected out from the clinical cases according to the inclusioncriteria and the exclusion criteria,there are total108kinds of Chinese herbs.The totalfrequency was2073times.There are24kinds medicine that common used,accounting for80.56%of the all used medicines,their frequency was above20times.The most frequentlyused drug was tonic drugs,their frequency was above23percent.The frequency ofpromoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs was above15percent,onlysecond to the tonic drugs.The three kinds of significant medicine property are warm,flatand slightly cold.The three kinds of herbal taste of sweet, Xin and bitter, are mostcommonly used.Drugs were classified by meridian,the top five are the spleen,the heart,theliver,the lung and the kidney. Conclusions:1.Based on the analysis of SA prescription ofChinese medicine treatment, the most frequently used drug classes are tonicdrugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.The property of herbsis mainly warm,flat and slightly cold, the tastes mainly sweet,Xin and bitter,meridians mainly the spleen,the heart and the liver.2.All in all,drugs chiefly used are tonic andpromoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.All this reflects that the etiologyand pathogenesis features of the SA are the vacuity and deficiency excesscomplication.Tonifying and removing the evil are as the main application rule of the SAdrug use.
