Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the method of Bushenqingre withentecavir in treating chronic hepatitis B (ALT≤2×ULN). Methods:42cases ofchronic viral hepatitis patients (ALT≤2×ULN)(which before and after treatment ofliver biopsy in21cases) were randomly choosed, giving the civet party particles,1agentdaily; entecavir0.5mg/d,48weeks treatment. To observed before and after treatment inhepatic tissue pathology and related indexes of liver function. Results: after treatment of48weeks, patients whatever in HBeAg (+) or (-) can effectively appear virologicresponse, the levels of ALT and AST were significantly decreased than before treatment (P<0.01); two groups of patients with histological improvement were not ideal, statisticalanalysis revealed no differences (P>0.05). Conclusion: the method of Bushenqingrewith entecavir play significantly effective in suppressing viral replication, improving liverfunction; but because the liver parenchyma of slow recovery and other reasons, unable tosignificantly improve liver pathology. |
