The Clinic Research Of The Yangxinfumai Decoction’ Prevention&Cure To The Debility Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAF)

Objective:The observation of the preventive and curative effect of Yangxinfumai decoction to the debility blood stasis syndrome of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) was conducted for providing new intervention treated prescriptions and preventing and curing PAF, so as to control or reduce the paroxysm of PAF and improve the quality of life of patients.Method:The60PAF patients were divided to experiment group (Yangxinfumai Decoction combine standard treatment, n=30) and control group (standard treatment, n=30) and treated for three months. Then the clinic curative effect and the improvement of the symptom were observed. The cardiogram’s movement of maximum P-wave duration (Pmax) and P-wave dispersion (Pd) were analyzed at the same time. The statistic analysis based on the data was undertaken at last.Result:After Ridit checking and contrasting with the control group, the clinic effect rate were86.7%, and the difference were prominent. After using the drugs, the patients’paroxysm times and the left atrial diameter in experiment group were both reduced evidently (P<0.05). The patients’Pmax and Pd were also minefied evedently after treating (P<0.05). But the heart rates showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The Yangxinfumai Decoction was proved to be effective to improve the clinical symptom and enhance the life quality of patients. It can evidently minify Pmax and Pd and left atrial diameter and reduce the recrudescence times of PAF, which has no any noxious and adverse reactions.It is a new safe and effective method of traditional Chinese medicine.
