The Clinical Study Of The Electic Sequence Of Reduction And Internal Fixation In Three Ankles’ Fracture’s Operation

Objective: To observe the operation time and the amount of bleeding in the operationin the process of reduction and internal fixation of three ankles’ fracture’s operation withthe sequence of lateral malleolus first,hock second,malleolus medialis last and thesequence of hock first,lateral malleolus second,malleolus medialis last and the sequence ofmalleolus medialis first,hock second,lateral malleolus last,hoping to provide reference forthe electic sequence of reduction and internal fixation in three ankle fracture’s operationin the future.Methords: Selected40cases,which is divided into3groups in accordance with thesequence of fixation, into the observation according to the standard.Group A, including13cases,is treated with the sequence of lateral malleolus first,hock second,malleolus medialislast;Group B, including13cases,is treated with the sequence of hock first,lateral malleolussecond,malleolus medialis last;Group C, including14cases,is treated with the sequence ofmalleolus medialis first,hock second,lateral malleolus last.The three groups were observedin patient age, gender, limb, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalstay,fracture’s healing time and ankle function’s score of Mazur6months after theoperation,ect.Statistically processing the data.Results:With the sequence of lateral malleolus first,hock second,malleolus medialislast,the operation time is shorter and the amount of bleeding is lower than the other twogroups.But there is no statistical difference in fracture’s healing time and ankle function’sscore of Mazur6months after the operation.Conclusion: It is helpful to decrease the difficulty of the operation, shorten time of the operation, reduce injury in the operation and reduce the amount of intraoperativebleeding with the sequence of lateral malleolus first,hock second,malleolus medialis last inthree ankles’ fracture’s operation.
