Theexperimental group give a pair of Chinese medicine to per os a day. control group giveOmeprazole20mg, PO, Bid. The period of treatment are all two weeks. After treatment,towatch The Clinical comprehensive effect、Symptomatic effect、 Main Symptom scores oftraditional Chinese medicine、Gastroscope mucosa appearance、the COX-1content andthe Eradication rate of HP，and assessing the safety in the meantime，observe the relapserate followed up for6months for the Effective patients.Results: two groups in the Clinical comprehensive effect、Symptomatic effect、Main Symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine、Gastroscope mucosa appearanceand the COX-1content，all have a different degree of improvement (P <0.05or P <0.01)after treatment, but after treatment, Clinical comprehensive effect、Symptomatic effect (P<0.05). The main symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine, experimental group isbetter than the control group in the lassitude、flat feeling and thirst in mouth、shit thin (P <0.05)， Has Statistics Significance，and the the others between the two groups were nostatistically significant (P>0.05). After the treatment the experimental group is better thanthe control group in the Eradication rate of HP. After treatment between the two groups in the Gastroscope mucosa appearance、the COX-1content and the Eradication rate of HPhave no Statistical significance(P>0.05).the experimental group is lower than controlgroup in the relapse rate (P <0.05) has a statistical significance.Conclusion:HWYYT in the treatment of the Correlation stomach trouble byNonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs has an effective accurate, and the recurrence rate islow, prevention and control for Chinese medicine NSAIDs correlation provides the ideasand methods stomach and is worth further research and promotion.
