Objective:To investgate the effection of kidney-nourishing therapy to kidney-yindeficiency patients’ gene expression of H19in embryonic implantation period,and explorethe curative effect mechanism of the Erzhi Tiangui granules of kidney-nourishing therapyin improving the Resultant of In Vitro Fertilization.Method:66cases of infertility patients according to1:1were randomly divided intotwo groups, respectively take Erzhi Tiangui granule and placebo in a menstrual cycle, i.e.,traditional Chinese medicine Erzhi Tiangui granule group33patients (treatment group),placebo group with33patients (control group). In two groups were observed before andafter treatment in patients with symptoms and signs to improve the situation,administration time and number of FSH, before and after treatment of endometrial RI, PI.After treatment take the endometriem in luteal phase, test the imprinted gene H19usingPCR, RT-PCR combined with RFLP technique.The second cycle use the standard longprogramme of IVF-ET,statistics for each group of patients the implantation rate.Redults: Treatment of a cycle, two to Tiangui granule group patients down-regulated back, fatigue and other traditional Chinese medicine kidney yin deficiencysyndrome has been effectively improved, Gn less medication, medication days short,endometrial typing and blood flow was significantly improved, and the implantation ratewas significantly higher than that of control group,Conclusion: Medicine Erzhi Tiangui granule is the treatment of kidney-yin deficiencyand infertility of the ideal drug, its mechanism may be associated with improvedendometrial H19imprinted genes expression。...
