Objective: To observe the change of serum SLox-1, Hs-CRP and TNF-a levelin hypertension patients with stable angina,Antihypertensive and lipidtreatment,one month later,the relationship between SLox-1and24hours meanarterial pressure,Hs-CRP,TNF-a and the lipids level was investigated.Methods:66patients who accepted coronary angiography were seletced, They wereconfirmed with hypertension and stable angina. Based on the results,They weredivided into complex lesions group and simple lesions group and those Coronaryangiography result showed normal were in control group (n=25).All Selected patientsneed to exclude abnormal function of liver and kidney, hemorrhagic diseases, historyof truma and surgery in one month, tumor, infection and severity disease. Allperipheral blood sample were taken on the day addmited,The level of SLox-1, Hs-CRPand TNF-a were detected by enzyme linked immunosement assay(ELISA), the level ofblood lipid, blood sugar and blood routine test were detected the next morning of theday addmited.After one month of antihypertension and lipid treatment,then take theabove indexes again.Results:1.Baseline data analysis show that the sex, age, blood sugar, blood lipid,body mass index in complex lesions group, the simple lesions group and normalcontrol group have no statistically significant differences were found; 2.The levels of SLox-1, Hs-CRP and TNF-a in Complex lesions group wassignificantly higher than the simple lesions group and the normal control group (P <0.01); Simple lesions group also higher than normal control group (P <0.01);3.Pearson linear correlation analysis results show that the level of SLox-1waspositively correlated with Hs-CRP (r=0.627, P <0.01), TNF-a(r=0.671, P <0.01),24hSBP (r=0.556, P <0.01), BMI (r=0.512, P <0.01).Gensini(r=0.671,P<0.01);4.The linear multivariate regression analysis showed that only Hs-CRP level has aindependent relation with SLox-1serum level;.5.After Antihypertensive and lipid treatment for one month, lipid levels (except highdensity lipoprotein),24hour average systolic blood pressure, and serum SLox-1,Hs-CRP and TNF-a level is significantly reduced, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01);Conclusion:1SLox-1can well perform coronary atherosclerotic lesions in theinflammation and the severity of plaques lesions;2Serum Hs-CRP level was independent related to SLox-1level;3United detection of serum SLox-1and Hs-CRP level may contribute to the diagnosisstable angina pectoris in high-risk groups consitituion;4Antihypertensive and lipid treatment for one month, lipid levels (except high densitylipoprotein),24hour average systolic blood pressure, and serum SLox-1, Hs-CRP andTNF-a level is significantly reduced,...
