The Effect On Pore-forming Protein Pleuralist Trested In The Mpe Rat Model And The Volume Of The Pleural Effusion By Xie Fei Zhu Yin Soup

Objective:To observe the effect on Pore-forming protein (PFP) of the pleural tissure and pleural effusion in the MPE rat model and the volume of the pleural effusion by Xie Fei Zhu Yin soup.Method:Set up MPE rat model with EAC,100rats were divided into five groups at random:blank group (A), model group (B), Chinese herbal medicine group (C), DDP group (D) and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group (E),so that there were20rats in each group.Rats in every group were given administered by intragastric administration with Chinese herbal medicine or peritoneal inj ection with DDP except blank group。Then We determined PFP in model’smembrane pleuralis by immunohlstochem-istric method.Result:PFP on the pleural tissure of the model group、Chinese herbal medicine group、DDP group and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group showed obviously lower than blank group, which had significant meaning in statistics (P<0.05).There was more PFP expression in Chinese herbal medicine group、DDP group and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group than on model group, but less on the pleural effusion which had significant meaning in statistics (P<0.05).there was no difference on the pleural tissure between Chinese herbal medicine group and DDP group,which had no in statistic disparation (P>0.05),but more PFP expression on the pleural effusion and showed significant deviation (P<0.05).There was more PFP expression,but less on pleural effusion between Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group and DDP group,which showed significant deviation (P<0.05). there was no difference on the pleural effusion and PFP expression between Chinese herbal medicine group and Chinese herbal medicine with DDP group,which had no in statistic disparation (P>0.05),but more PFP expression on pleural tissure,which showed significant deviation (P<0.05).Conclusions:1、Xie Fei Zhu Yin could elevate PFP in pleural effusion and pleural tissure of MPE rat and reduce the the volume of the pleural effusion.2、Xie Fei Zhu Yin may achieve the effect of anti-MPE by degrade contents of PFP.
