| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shouwu Fang on treating Alopecia Areata of Ganshen Buzu Xing.Methods:Selected72cases of Alopecia Areata from dermatology clinic of the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. These patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.36cases in the treatment group were given Shouwu Fang;36cases in the control group were given raise blood and hair growth capsule. With the largest area of hair loss of lesions as target lesions, observe the hair regrowth condition.Treating for3months, monthly observation once, record the hair regrowth situation and any adverse reaction, and then determine the clinical effect.Results:After treatment, two groups of symptoms were both got significant improvement. By comparison, the therapeutic indexes of the two groups are integral improved, including regeneration degree integral, renewable density integral with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), but renewable length integral has no significant difference (P>0.05).The total effective rate, by comparison, two has the significant difference (P<0.05), and the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Shouwu Fang can improve the clinical symptoms, improve symptoms in patients with integral; Shouwu Fang is the safe and effective prescription of Alopecia Areata of Ganshen Buzu Xing. |
