With people’s living standards improve, diabetes has become one of the four disease threat to human life. Clinical blood glucose testing is the high cost of testing and analysis of low efficiency and may bring patients infected invasive chemical tests to detect chemical and biological reagents without blood glucose testing methods become the pursuit of the goal of science and technology workers. In this paper, a method based on near-infrared spectra of non-invasive glucose detection.Firstly, non-invasive near-infrared spectroscopy, the spectral characteristics of blood glucose monitoring, explained the basic principles of near infrared spectroscopy to measure blood glucose, and further analysis of the characteristics of the near-infrared spectra of the glucose solution, and its main parameters were analyzed; in recentinfrared spectroscopy data processing method of invasive blood glucose have been studied through the comparison of three methods, partial least squares method to establish the near-infrared non-invasive glucose measurement calibration model. In this paper, non-invasive blood glucose detection to extract the blood glucose concentration for near-infrared spectroscopy data processing research. Experiment, the concentration of glucose in the configuration glucose solution instead of blood glucose concentration of near-infrared spectra of non-invasive blood glucose data processing. In the near-infrared spectral region, the spectrometer on the concentration of glucose solution signal data acquisition and analysis collected by near infrared spectroscopy signals of the glucose solution to make the signal pre-processing of glucose solution. Based on near infrared reflectance spectroscopy and partial least squares theory to establish the basic correction model, the standard error of prediction RMSEP test target detection model as the concentration of glucose solution. Select a known concentration of glucose solution to validate the model, concluded that the model predictive ability and model of external inspection and evaluation methods to meet the actual requirements. During the experiment, to avoid the interference of a variety of ground impurity noise spectral information on the glucose solution. In this paper, the near-infrared blood glucose data processing method can be applicable to measurement of blood glucose signal data processing, with good accuracy and scalability, due to the limitations of the experimental conditions, the calibration model established the need for better optimization, through the study of near-infrared non-invasive blood glucose data processing, we prove that it can be well applied to the measurement of blood glucose, and broad application prospects.
