| Objective: By monitoring the change of ADC values metastatic lymph nodes ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) in the process of chemoradiotherapy, discussesDWI dynamic monitoring the value of metastatic lymph nodes of NPC chemora-diotherapy curative effect.Methods: Thirty patients with biopsy pathology proven NPC with cervicallymph node metastases.All of the patients accept regular chemoradiotherapy whichplatinum class chemotherapy and head and neck Intensity-modulated radiationtherapy(IMRT).Based on the principle of chemoradiotherapy, formulate an MRI plan,before treatment, respectively in the treatment of every three times and one monthafter treatment all time points for MRI and DWI inspection.When b value of800s/mm2,observation the dynamic changes of the ADC values metastatic lymph nodeduring treatment,and comparison the ADC values of the remaining after treatmentcervical lymph node and normal tongue muscle, two sets of data to the t test.Results:1〠Before treatment of107pieces of lymph node average ADC values[(0.789±0.022)×10-3mm2/s] was significantly lower than the normal before treatmenttongue muscle ADC values [(1.391±0.031)×10-3mm2/s], a statistically significantdifference between them (t=33.3, p<0.001).2〠The healing process metastatic lymph node average ADC values risegradually,with the most evident change in the first radiation to the fifteenth radiation.3ã€The average ADC values [(1.410±0.074)×10-3mm2/s]of residual lymph nodeAfter treatment was higher,comparing with lymph node before treatment is statisticalsignificance (t=178.0, p<0.001); And the normal tongue muscle after treatment isnot statistically significant difference (t=0.8, p=0.445).Conclusion:1ã€Through MRI DWI monitoring the change of ADC values metastatic lymphnodes of NPC,combined with its morphology change, it is possibility that can be used for early detection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastatic lymph nodechemoradiotherapy curative effect imaging index,during the first radiation to thefifteenth radiation the change of the average ADC values metastatic lymph nodedifferentiation radiation reaction of the more sensitive, can serve as an effective timemonitoring stations, and to guide clinical rational make and optimize chemotherapyor radiation therapy in time plan plan.2ã€Through assess DWI dynamic monitoring the chemoradiothery curative effectof metastatic lymph node of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,provide the basis for clinicalindividual,and other cancer provides research foundation.3ã€Can’t get pathology of the lymph nodes,according to the nature of ADC valuesjudgment provides the basis. |
