BCSG1clinical dataanalysis with gene expression and the relationship betweenclinicopathological parameters, the analysis of the prognosis of patients. 【Results】 RT-PCR detection of breast cancer BCSG1mRNA expression levelof1.072±0.178, corresponding adjacent tissues BCSG1mRNA expression is0.324±0.135; detected by immunohistochemistry in breast cancer tissuesshowed the positive rate BCSG174.5%(38/51), the corresponding proteinin cancer tissue BCSG1positive rate was14.3%(5/35),; cancer BCSG1expression were significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues (P <0.05).BCSG1high expression of lymph node metastasis and Nottingham PrognosticIndex were correlated (P<0.05), but the pathological type of breast cancer,ER, PR, and c-erbB2was no significant correlation between the state.【Conclusions】 BCSG1highlyexpressed in breast cancer and breast canceroccurrence, development and clinical prognosis. BCSG1is likely in thepathogenesis of breast cancer plays an important role.
