| Purpose：Clinical observation on HSP of joint type in Children by external application ofXiaozhong Huaban Decoction combined with routine treatment,and investigate its possiblemechanisms.Methods：60children patients was randomly divided into2groups: observation group andcontrol group. They were all based on the routine treatment. The control group receivedroutine treatment including the traditional chinese medicine and anti-inflammatory of Westernmedicine etc. The observation group received external application of Xiaozhong HuabanDecoction in addition to routine treatment. They were observed2courses (three days as acourse of treatment).Results：1. In the observation group, cure occurred in22cases and effectiveness in8cases, with atotal effective rate of100%; In the control group, cure occurred in16cases and effectivenessin13cases, with a total effective rate of96.6%.The observation group was much better thanthe control group.2. The statistics analysis shows that the treatment time of the observation group wasshorter significantly than the control group (P<0.01).3. No adverse reactions had been observed in heart、liver、kidney function and blood system.Conclusion： External application of Xiaozhong Huaban Decoction has a definitetherapeutic effect on HSP of joint type in Children. |
