Objective: Cardiovascular system contains heart and blood vessel.Cardiovascular disease is a kind of important disease whice detriments mens, health and labour force.Along with living condition of human graduallyimproving, average life of human gradually to lengthen,Cardiovasculardisease by degrees is a common disease. Diameter of PM2.5be lower than0.5mm. Besides water, particulate matter is at most material to get in touchwith human. Particulate matter is one of primal risk factors of humans.Investigation indicated particulate matter can increase incidence and mortalityof a disease of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, our experiment1.Theestablishment of Wister rats inhaled particulate matter1day,3day of animalmodels.2. By detecting the rat blood cell count, serum CRP, IL-6levels andPAI-1levels in serum to study the changes in short-term exposure to differentconcentrations of particulate matter in the Wister rat inflammation and theimpact of coagulation to respond the impact of the cardiovascular system.Methods:0mg/Kg,15mg/Kg and30mg/Kg of peripheral small particulatematter(aerodynamic diameter<2.5um,PM2.5-AB),respectively,were injectedinto bronchial of pathogen-free male six weeks Wister rats selected from theExperimental Animal Center of Hebei Medical University,,respectively, wereinjected into1day or3day to assess the blood and heart tissue acuteinflammation. Using blood cell analyzer detects blood cell counts of Wisterrats in different impact factors, Radioimmunoassay determine interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,ELISA assay of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and plasminogenactivator inhibitor-1(PAI-1).For measurement data, the normal mean±standard deviation said, andused SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical analysis. The means datebetween groups tested by one-way factorial design measure, and the means date within groups tested by SNK measure. There was a statistical differenceif P value less than0.05.Results: PM2.5can be inhaled as the dose increased in rats, blood cellcount, serum CRP, IL-1effects by using Excel2003and SPSS13.0statisticalsoftware for analysis, to use multi-factorial design analysis of variance to test.PAI data is not normal to the Kruskal-Wallis Test, between any twogroups were compared using the Mann-Whitney Test. For WBC, amang the two groups, P<0.05, Statistically significantdifferences, between the two groups, P<0.05, Statistically significantdifferences. For lymphocyte percentage, amang the two groups, P<0.05, Statisticallysignificant differences, between the two groups, P<0.05, Statisticallysignificant differencesFor platelet, amang the two groups, P<0.05, Statistically significantdifferences, between the two groups, P<0.05, Statistically significantdifferences. While as for the percentage of neutrophils amang the twogroups,P<0.05, Statistically significant differences, between the two groups,in addition to15mg/L and30mg/L, no difference, no statistically significant, the remaining between the two groups, difference was statistically significant.For1day and3day for the rats inhaled PM2.5blood count.Serum CRP effects by using Excel2003and SPSS13.0statistical softwarefor analysis, to use multi-factorial design analysis of variance to test,Bloodcell counts, serum CRP between the two groups, P<0.05,Between the twogroups there was statistically significant. But IL-6in addition to15mg/L and30mg/L, no difference, nostatistically significant, the remaining between the two groups, difference wasstatistically significant. For PAI-1either dose or days,no difference, notstatistically significant. Conclusion: Our data suggests that high concentration of PM2.5caninduce systemic inflammatory response and by damage to endothelial function, blood coagulation, plaque stability to influence the function of thecardiovascular system thereby increasing the incidence of cardiovascularevents such as acute myocardial infarction. In this experiment, blood count, CRP and IL-6response to systemicinflammatory reaction caused by particulate matter, Through changes in PAI-1levels in the serum response of particulate matter for the coagulation system.
