Objective Research the expressions of OPN and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma, adenoma and normal mucosal tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological factor. Methods In this experiment,40samples of colorectal cancer,20samples of colorectal adenoma and40samples of normal mucosa specimens were studied. To detect the expression of OPN and VEGF in specimens by S—P immunohistochemical method.Results①ne positive expression rates of OPN and VEGF in the colorectal cancer were87.5%and90%. compared with the colorectal adenoma12.5%\17.5%and the normal group10%\5%, the data appeared statistically significant difference with them(P<0.05); The expressions of OPN and VEGF in the colorectal adenoma and the normal groups appeared statistically significant difference (P<0.05).②The expressions of OPN and VEGF were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis group, Dukes C, D group than in their counterparts (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF in high differentiated and poorly differentiated colorectal carcinoma appeared differently, and had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).③OPN and VEGF expression in colorectal cancer patients with sex, age, location and tumor size was no significant correlation(P>0.05).④OPN and VEGF expression was positively correlated(r=0.181P<0.05).Conclusion The tire expression rates of OPN and VEGF in colorectal cancer were high, which appeared posl positive correlation, and promote the occurrence and the development of colorectal cancer Jointly.
