The Clinical Study On The Decoction Of Jianpiqinghua With Triple Therapy Anti-Hp Treating To Hp-Associated Disease

Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the clinical effect and stability of Jianpiqinghua Decoction with triple therapy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori; To develop application study of Chinese medicine interruption to chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer of Hp infection to find a better therapy to combine Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:The86never treated patients were divided into two groups. In treatment group,43patients were treated with Jianpiqinghua Decoction for6weeks and triple therapy for the first week; While the other43patients in the control group were treated with only triple therapy for the first week. Outcome of eradication therapy was assessed by C13/C14-Urea breath test or gastroscopy and pathological section performed after6weeks, then the rates of helicobacter pylori eradication of the two groups were compared; Record and compare the clinical symptoms before and after the treament. The34patients once treated failure were divided into two groups, in treatment group,17patients were treated with Jianpiqinghua Decoction for6weeks and triple remedy therapy for the first week; While the other17patients in the control group were treated with only remedy triple therapy for the first week. Outcome of eradication therapy was assessed by C13/C14-Urea breath test or gastroscopy and pathological section performed after6weeks; Then the rates of helicobacter pylori eradication of the two groups were compared; Record and compare the clinical symptoms before and after the treament.Results:In treatment group of first treated patients the eradication rate of Hp was86.05%, the clinical symptoms effect rate was97.67%, in the control group the eradication rate of Hp was72.09%, the clinical symptoms effect rate was74.42%, there has statistical significant about clinical symptoms and and Hp eradication rate (P<0.05) in two groups; Two patients in control group got diarrhea and stopped after the treatment, while the patients in treatment group had no adverse reactions. In treatment group of patients once treated failure the eradication rate of Hp was88.24%, the clinical symptoms effect rate was94.12%, the eradication rate of Hp was64.71%, the clinical symptoms effect rate was47.06%, there has no statistical significant about Hp eradication (P>0.05) in the two groups, but has statistical significant about clinical symptoms (P<0.05); In control group one patient got diarrhea and another one had itch, and diarrhea and mild itch ceased after the treatment, while the patients in treatment group had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:To never treated patients, the scheme combining Jianpiqinghua Decoction with triple therapy has a better effect on eradicating Helicobacter pylori, improves clinical symptoms significantly and is safer. Two patients once treated failure, the scheme does not have better effect on on eradicating Helicobacter pylori, but can improve clinical symptoms significantly and is safer.
