Weianning Mixture On The Clinical Efficacy Of Postoperative Gastric Cancer And Anti-metastasis Mechanisms

Objective:To observation the clinical effection of wan on the advanced gastric cancer patients after surgery and experimentalize to explore its Anti-transfer mechanisms.Methods:1.Clinical research:since January2011to March2012, selected hospital chemotherapy after resection of gastric cancer patients with39case, and divide them randomly into treatment group and the control group。the control group,21cases, only for chemotherapy; the treatment group,18case, treated by Weianning mixture combined with chemotherapy。after3cycles treatment, compared clinical symptom、Quality of life、KPS and advese effect after chemotherapy between2groups.2.Experimental study:The anti-proliferation effect of Weianning mixture containing serum on MGC-803were determined by MTT assay;flow cytometry to detect cell apaptosis;immunoblotting(western bloting) was used to identify of expression of Bcl-2and C-erb-B2protein; the mRNA expression of VEGF and COX-2was detected by RT-PCR。Results:1.The Weianning mixture could improved the quality of survivals, and Improve the tolerance to chemotherapy and completion rates2.The Weianning mixture could effectively prohibited the growth of Human Stomach Cancer Cell Line MCG-803, and induced gastric cancer cell apaptosis3.The expression of Bcl-2and C-erb-B2protein could be effectively reduced by the Weianning mixture4.The Weianning mixture could reduce the expression of COX-2mRNA but not VEGF mRNAConclusion:1.The quality of survivals could be improved by Weianning mixture.and it is an effective medicine that could prevent the recurrence of gastric cancer.2.The main mechanism of anti-metastasis of gastric cancer may be involved multiple aspects of the biological processes, including prohibited the growth of Human Stomach Cancer Cell Line MCG-803, and induced gastric cancer cell apoptosis, and down-regulation the expresion of Bcl-2、C-erb-B2protein and COX-2mRNA...
