| Object:By monitoring the quantity of platelets, evaluating the TCM purpura symptoms and side effects of glucocorticoid, to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Ningxue granules treating the liver depression and blood stasis syndrome of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:40cases clear diagnosised and blood stasis in TCM syndrome inpatients with chronic ITP were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group21cases, the control group19cases. Two groups were taking basic treatment by routinely taking in acetate prednisone, the treatment group taking in Ningxue granules with efficacy of reconciling the liver and circulation the blood, the control group taking in acetate prednisone only. Continunous medication for12weeks, during the period monitoring the quantity of platelets, and the purpura symptom score and glucocorticoid side effects score, statistical analysis of the differences of the two sets of these indicators.Results:After12weeks of treatment, the two sets of clinical efficacy in platelets count shows:the total efficiency of the treatment group is95.24%,the total efficiency of the control group is57.89%.The purpura symptomatic improvement shows:the total efficiency of the treatment group is95.24%. the total efficiency of the control group is52.63%.The treatment group is less than the control group in the average amount of glucocorticoids. The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group in the side effects score of glucocorticoid. The above indicators were statistically significant by statistical analysis (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningxue granules can effectively improve the level of platelets count in patients with chronic ITP, liver depression and blood stasis syndrome in TCM, and reduce liver depression and blood stasis syndrome, the amount of glucocorticoids, and side effects of glucocorticoid. |
