The Research Of Scorpion Purified Liquid On The Effects Of Experimental Vein Thrombus

Objective:To investigate the effect of purified liqiud in scorpion (PLIS) on arterial venous thrombus, in order to afford a new approach for seeking an effective antithrombosis medicine from chinese medicine.Methods:The rats were randomized into five groups:blank group,control group and3doses PLIS group, The effects of PLIS in different doses were investigated in the venous thrombus models by ligated the abdomial vena of rats.Results:1.The effects of venous thrombus:The PLIS could inhibit experimental venous thrombosis in rats.Compaqred with model group, the thrombus weight of3doses PLIS group was signifiantly alleviated(P <0.01).2. The effects of venous thrombosis blood coagulation:Compaqred with model group, the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and throbmin time (TT) were prolonged obvi ously(P<0.01).3. The effects of venous thrombosis fibrinolysis system and AT-Ⅲ: (1) Compaqred with model group,3doses PLIS group could increase the tissue-tye plasminogen activater (tPA) activity (P<0.01),and inhibit the plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) activity markely (P<0.01), decrease the content of fibrinogen (Fbg)and plasminogen(PLg)(P<0.01).(2) Compaqred with model group,3doses PLIS group could increase the antithrombin III (AT-Ⅲ) activity (P<0.01).4.The effects of6-Keto PLIS-PGF1a and TXB2:Compared with the modle group, the content6-keto-PGF1a was increased significantly (P<0.01) and the content of TXB2was reduced markedly in blood plasma(P<0.01).Conclusions:PLIS holds significant effects on venous thrombosis,which may be brought by inhibiting the activity of platelet and increases the activity of fibinolytic system through decreased the activity of blood coagulating factors,so that inhibits venous thrombosis.
