ObjectiveThis topic discusses the clinical value of Chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery therapy on mild endometriosis associated with infertility, discusses the light of endometriosis infertile patientss interleukin (IL)8(IL-8), monocyte chemotactic peptide-1(MCP-l), normal T-cell expressed and secreted activating regulator (RANTES), and further from the immunological aspects discusses mechanism action of Chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery therapy on endometriosis.MethodsIn the study, Collect50patients for "infertility" in the second gynecology ward in the First Affliciated Hospital of Guang Zhou University of Traditional Chinese laparoscopic surgery, postoperative pathological and marking the standard for mild endometriosis and25cases for the "pure ovarian cysts or uterine leiomyoma " as non-endometriosis from September2010to December2011. It divided50mild endometriosis patients according to randomized methods into two groups: Chinese Herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group(n=25):take Dan Zhu Xiao Yi Decoction (before ovulation) and Zhu Yun3pills (after ovulation) orally for three months from the third day after laparoscopic surgery, and stop taking medicine while finding pregnancies, imple laparoscopic surgery (n=25):no extra medicine after laparoscopic surgery. Observe the ovulation of the follicle by B-US and give a good guide for sex time for both above group patients. Follow-up to six months after surgery, contrast clinical symptoms improving of mild endometriosis patients, compare pregnant rate after three months, six months, the abortion rate after six months of two groups. Exam the concentrations of IL-8, MCP-l, RANTES by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (double antibody sandwich ELISA) before and after treatment and statisticaly process IL-8, MCP-1, RANTES level of change, scientific analysis the clinical value function mechanism action Of Chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery therapy on endometriosis from the immunological aspects.Results1. Symptom:after treatment, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, painful sexual intercourse, anal discomfort, lower abdominal pain symptoms all had improve in Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group and simple laparoscopic group (P<0.05). But there are significances between the two groups, and Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group improve more (P<0.05).2. Pregnancy outcomes:6months of follow-up, in patients of Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group, the conception rate was48.0%(12/25), of which8cases in three months pregnant, conception rate32.0%(8/25),1case of which in the second month with natural abortion, abortion rate8.30%(1/12). The rest4cases were pregnant during3--6months, all did not happen abortion. IN simple laparoscopic groups of patients, the conception rate20.0%(5/25),2cases in three months pregnant, conception rate8.0%(2/25), all did not happen abortion. Rest3cases in3-6months were pregnant, one of which patient happened abortion in the first month, abortion rate20.0%(1/5). After treatment, pregnancy rate of Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group was higher that of simple laparoscopic group, but lower Abortion rate (P<0.05). Both have significant statistical differences (P<0.05).3. IL-8, MCP-1, RANTES level:the levels of IL-8, MCP-1, RANTES of mild endometriosis patients were higher than the control non-endometriosis group. After treatment the level of IL-8, MCP-1, RANTES were lower than those of pretherapy in both Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group and simple laparoscopic group, but those of Chinese herbal medicine combined laparoscopic group were obviously lower (P<0.05)Conc l us i on1.
