Discuss The Effects And Mechanisms Of Deng Tetao’s Bath Feet On Treating Vertigo Disease (Essential Hypertension)

ObjectiveTo discuss the effects and mechanisms of Deng Tetao’s bath feet on treating Liver Yang vertigo disease (Essential Hypertension).Methods60patients with Essential Hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with the same western medicine (To grade1hypertension, use the CCB; to grade2hypertension, if only CCB is bad, add with ACEI).The treament group was treated with Deng Teitao’s bath feet (external use for bath feet, qd). Recording symptoms of all patients before and after treating. Furthermore, before and after treating using24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to observing the24-hour average BP and BPV changes.Then, observing the change of the index of the concentration of NA、A and DA, which reflect the activity of sympathetic nervous system. Finaly, applying the statistical soft system of Spss17.0for windows to analyze the materials.Result1. Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was90.00%, better than that of the control group which was76.67%(P<0.01). Obviously, the effect of the treatment group surpass the control group(P<0.05).2. Clinical symptom and sign:After the treatment, mel ioration of clinical symptom and sign in both groups have significant difference(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, mel ioration of the treatment group, such as vertigo, headache, eye swelling, dry mouth tastes bitter, and insomnia, showing significant difference(P<0.05or P<0.01), The above result show that the therapy of two groups both can improve the symptoms of Primary hypertension, and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Sleeping quanlity:After treamtmet, melioration of improving the sleeping quanlity in both group have significant difference(P<0.01). Comparing with the control group, melioration of the treatment group shows significant di fference(P<0.01). The above result show us that the both groups can improve the sleeping quanlity obviously, and the treatment group is bettern than the control group.3. The effect of24-hour ABP:The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.66%, better than that of the control group which was80.00%(P<0.01). Obviously, the effect of the interventional therapy group surpass the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, both of the two groups show significant difference(P<0.05) on reducing24hBPV; and comparing with the control group, the treatment group is beter on reducing24hDBP,24hBPV, day’sDBP, night’s DBP and night’s BPV, which show significant difference(P<0.05). The above studys explain that the therapy of treatment group can reduce the24hDBP and24hBPV better then the control group. After treatment, the SBP and DBP T/P value of two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05). The SISBP and SIDBP of treatment group are significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), which show that compared with the control group, the treatments of treatment group can be more smoothly control24hABP.4. The change of the index of the concentration of NE, E and DA in plasma: After the treatment, both groups, the concentration of NE, E and DA in plasma have lower than before the treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, melioration of the treatment group showed statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe Deng Tietao’s bath feet is effective on treatment on the patients with Liver Yang Essential Hypertension, improve patients’ symptoms and sleep quality, can effective, smooth control24h ABP, and reduce the24h BPV,also can degrade the concentration of NE, E and DA to keep the activity of sympathetic nervous system, and has non-toxic side effects.
