The study is aimed to investigate crude herb moxybustion to Prevention the Urinary Retention.Objective to probe into the mechanism of the treatment and providing a simple^safe and effective Treatment methods to urinary retention caused by Procedure of Prolapse and Hemorrhoids operation.Methods150patients gathered according to this study’s diagnostic standard> Inclusive criteria with Exclusive criteria were divided into three groups randomly:trial group., normal group> blank group. The ratio of this experiment cases was1:1:1. The fifty trial group cases adopt crude herb at the accupoints such as guanyuan qiha、zhongji etc, which we use Chinese drugs at the first postoperation follow-up thirty minutes to prevent the Urinary.Retention Patients of the normal group were changed dressings as routine use something heat towarm on the area of bladder; Blank group investigates the effect of abduction methods of let-off urine on cystic function In thirty minutes-eight hours after operation Symptoms including the first time of urine, difficulty urinating, urine output, painful urination or urethral catheterization,To observe the three guorps curative effec on Urinary Retention, we use multiple linear regression SPSS17.0to analysis.Results 150patients enrolled in the study Desensitization therapy was fulfilled in. By comparing patients from the sexual、 ages difference、difference in urination after surgical operation, the variance in difference has statistical significance. In the second phase, corresponding Clinical symptoms are compared between the three gourps.
