| ObjectiveEffect of Astragalus Injection in adjuvant treatment of myasthenia gravis in clinical application is wide, curative effect is exact, many scholars to do the thorough research, and placental polypeptides for myasthenia gravis clinical observation report number, in the present study is a case-control study, based on age, gender, the group of patients with disease course, typing, complications such as statistics, to Chinese traditional medicine placenta extract preparations combined with routine medication and astragalus injection combined with routine medication in the treatment of MG patients before and after each muscle strength changes and immune indexes changes of the relationship between comparative, sum up into a group of40patients with epidemiological data, analysis of traditional Chinese medicine placenta extract preparations in patients with MG’s mechanism of action, and with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of myasthenia gravis patients with clinical symptoms and immune targets to improve the situation contrast.MethodPlacenta extract from traditional Chinese medicine preparation combined with conventional drugs and astragalus injection combined with routine medication on the clinical symptoms of myasthenia gravis and immune parameters to improve the situation of, by recording the basic information of patients, regular blood quantifying the treatment of myasthenia gravis patients and control grouptreatment14days after LBT, IgE, IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4of the changes, by Xu Xianhao rating scale, compared to the treatment of myasthenia gravis before and after the absolute scores and relative scores through statistical analysis, two groups were compared immunotherapy whether the change is significantly different and the reasons; Comparison of the use of Chinese medicine formulations of placenta extraction and regular medicine and astragalus injection combined with routine medication group of two cases.Results1, epidemiological results:in each treatment group and control group were20patients enrolled, llpatients male and female patients19; average age of46years, maximum age65years, the minimum age of20years; verage disease duration of7years, the longest duration of23years and the shortest duration of6months;40patients with type Ⅰ9cases, Ⅱa type19cases, Ⅱb type7cases, Ⅳ type in5cases; combined thymus abnormalities20cases, accounting for50%, of which5cases thymectomy, thyroid dysfunction in6cases,12.5%, four cases of diabetes, accounting for10%, malignancy in1cases, accounting for2.5%of the combined multiplemyositis in2cases which is accounting for5%.2, Immunological result:the treatment group and control group before and after treatment with LBT compared with statistical significance (P<0.05); immunoglobulin and complement concentration changes in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment compared with statistical significance (P<0.05);the score Results:40patients were treated and the treatment group and the control group measures two weeks ago after the score, invalid rate was25%(10cases), treatment group and control group patients were80%effective rate (16cases),70%(14cases), the two groups was no significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05)ConclusionAstragalus group therapy in patients with myasthenia gravis after can significantly improve the rate of lymphocyte transformation in patients with T, the immune globulin to rise, make the complement C3, C4concentrations decreased, description of Astragalus injection can improve the immune function of patients with myasthenia gravis and disease resistance, increase in patients with non-specific immune function, humoral immunity level, regulation of the complement system there are certain immune regulation effect. Confirmed the effect of Astragalus Injection on patients with myasthenia gravis therapy.Placental group than the treatment group can significantly increase patients T lymphocyte transformation rate, make the immunoglobulins increased more, make the complement C3, C4concentrations decreased more, the placenta polypeptide in patients with myasthenia gravis can improve cellular immunity, non-specific immune function, humoral immunity, regulation of the complement system adjustment effect is more distinct, two group of patients before and after treatment with efficiency analysis, the effective rate of the treatment group is80%, the effective rate of control group was70%. Confirmed placenta treatment group are no effective, and the ratio of Astragalus injection with better curative effect, can be used in clinical. |
