| Objective: To detect the expression of B7-H1and B7-H3in non-small cell lungcancer tissue and study the significance of costimulatory molecules B7-H1and B7-H3innon-small cell lung cancer tissue. Methods:The tissue of the non-small cell lung cancer patients who were previouslyuntreated and had surgical resection were collected in the Department of CardiothoracicSurgery of the First Affiliated of Soochow University of85cases. B7-H1and B7-H3expression was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC) and the clinical data parametercorrelation was analyzed with statistic software.Results:1.There are different levels of expression of B7-H1and B7-H3in non-smallcell lung cancer tissue, the expression was mainly located in cytoplasm and cell membrane,or both exist.Although the adjacent tissues and distal lung tissue there are also theexpression of B7-H1and B7-H3, its expression levels in cancer tissues were significantlyhigher(p<0.01).2. The expression of B7-H1was related to the tumor cells in lymph nodemetastasis, but the expression of B7-H1was not associated with sexã€ageã€pathologicaltypeã€differentiation degreeã€tumor sizeã€clinical stage and history of smoking(p>0.05);The expression of B7-H3was related to the clinical stage and tumor cells in lymph nodemetastasis, but B7-H3was not associated with sexã€ageã€pathological typeã€differentiationdegreeã€tumor size and smoking(p>0.05).3.The expression of B7-H1and B7-H3proteinin non-small cell lung cancer tissues was positively correlated (rn=0.217,p<0.05).Conclusion:1.B7-H1and B7-H3expression of the protein both in non-small cell lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than the adjacent tissues and distal lung tissue.2.The expression of B7-H1was related to the tumor cells in lymph node metastasis;theexpression of B7-H3was related to the clinical stage and tumor cells in lymph nodemetastasis.3.B7-H1and B7-H3protein expression are relevant, both to participate innon-small cell lung tumor cell invasion and metastasis.4.B7-H1and B7-H3promoteslymph node metastasis, and the biology mechanism needs further study. |
