| Objective:The study is to detect the expression level of Cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase2A (CIP2A) and c-myc mRNA in epithelial ovarian cancer, and to analyze the correlation with clinicopathologic parameters, and to explore the role of the CIP2A and c-myc in the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial cancer,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis, prognosis and clinical treatment of ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods:The quantitative expression of CIP2A and c-myc mRNA are analyzed in45cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,22cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and20cases normal ovary tissues using SYBR Green â… real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RFQ-PCR) method.Results:1. The relative expression level of CIP2A mRNA in the normal group, benign group and malignant group showed an increasing trend(1.00±0.00vs1.69±0.53vs3.51±0.72),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2. The relative expression level of CIP2A mRNA in the normal group, benign group and malignant group showed an increasing trend(1.00±0.00vs4.67±0.50vs4.15±0.31),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3. The expressions of CIP2A and c-myc in epithelial ovarian cancer were associate with clinical staging, lymphnode metastasis and tumor differentiation (P<0.05), but they are not statistically significant with the expression of different ages and pathological types (P>0.05)4. The expression of CIP2A was positively correlated with the expression of c-myc in the epithelial ovarian cancer(r=0.681, P<0.001).Conclusions: 1. The highly expression of CIP2A and c-myc in epithelial ovarian cancer may be involved in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.2. The expression of CIP2A and c-myc are higher with tumor differentiation, FIGO clinical staging and lymphnode metastasis, the results indicate that CIP2A and c-myc play an important role in inhibitor invision and migration of epithelial ovarian cancer.3. There was positive correlation between the expression of CIP2A and c-myc in epithelial ovarian cancer, suggesting that their synergistic effect promote the development, invision and migration of epithelial ovarian cancer.4. Joint CIP2A and c-myc to early diagnosis, prognosis assessment and targeted therapy, the clinical value may be greater. |
