| Objective To evaluate the safety of the laparoscopic resecetion for colorectal cancer, comparing to the open surgery. Methods Computer retrieval in the Chinese science and technology journal full-text database, ten thousand party database, Chinese journal full-text database, Chinese biological medical database, Cochrane library, Embase, PubMed etc on the database published about comparing with traditional laparoscopic surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer patients open randomized controlled trial (RCTs) literature, strictly according to the standard screening Cochrane system based on evaluation member manual5.0literature quality evaluation method in the evaluation of quality, finally use RevMan5.0software system evaluation.Results16articles were selected and evaluated. The total number of the cases was4898.(the number of the cases for laparoseopic resection was2563and for open surgery2335).The incidence rates of the postoperative complications of the two groups were:(1)Laparoscopic set the intestinal obstruction rate the ratio open operative set low(P=0.008).(2)Other complications incidence rateses two sets of differences have no statistics to learn meaning. Conclusions The results of meta analysis show that the laparoscopic resection for colorectal cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction after surgery. There are no significant differences of other complications between the two groups. |
