Objective:To discuss the clinical effects about early application of piliated pseudomonas aeruginosa to seroma formation after operation for breast cancer patients. Methods:Treatment group:50cases of women with breast cancer, during the operation, injected piliated pseudomonas aeruginosa3ml to the surface of the would and2ml in armpit; the next day after operation, do subcutaneous injection lml, once two days,6day is a circle. The control group:selected50patients who did operation for breast cancer in2010randomly. For comparing and analyzing with treatment group. The seroma formation’s occurring rate and disappearance time, the postoperative symptoms (pain, swelling, etc) were compared among two groups. Results:The T group patients’symptoms (pain, swelling, etc) obviously relieve than C group; T group’incidence of seroma formation is12%, the control group is30%. The two groups’incidence of seroma formation are significant difference (P<0.05); T group’quantity of seroma formation was also less than the control group; T group’wound healing fast than control group, and the differences are significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The research revealed that early application of piliated pseudomonas aeruginosa can obviously reduce the produce of seroma formation and accelerate the wound healing after operation for breast cancer patients.
