Objective:The purpose of this report is to understand the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, pathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of intravascular large B cell lymphoma of kidney. Methods:four cases of renal intravascular large B-cell lymphoma diagnosed definitely and treated in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital in the recent ten years(from2002.01-2011.12)were reported, and their clinical features, laboratory examination, radiographic, pathological observation, therapeutics and prognostic were analyzed. Results:there were two males and two females in the four cases of renal intravascular large B-cell lymphoma. the median age of onset were53years old(range49—63); the initial presentation of2cases was fever, one patient had a low back pain, one patient had proteinuria. They were definitely diagnosed by percutaneous renal biopsy, Pathological types of four patients are intravascular large B cell lymphoma,4cases of patients with CHOP or combined with rituximab treatment achieved complete remission, is still in the follow-up.Conclusion:a retrospective analysis of the results showed that the renal intravascular large B-cell lymphoma is extremely rare, early diagnosis is difficult. The onset of it is given priority to the senile, the most common symptoms are back pain, fever, accompanied by abdominal mass, hematuria, proteinuria and so on. because of the lack of unique imaging findings, it’s similar to renal carcinoma. Diagnosis depends on renal biopsy, CHOP chemotherapy regimen combined with rituximab can improve survival rate, high dose chemotherapy combined with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation can improve prognosis.
