The Clinical Evaluation On T-SPOT.TB To The Tuberculosis Patients

Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of T-SPOT.TB，TST，TB-Ab and Mtb smear for detection of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：The patients with suspected tuberculosis received T-SPOT.TB,TST,TB-Ab and Mtb smear.Acording to the test results and followingantituberculosis treatment，we colleted47patients with pulmonary tuberculosisand34patients with non-tuberculosis respiratory diseases.Results：The sensitivity of T-SPOT.TB，TST，TB-Ab and Mtb smear were83%，63.8%，61.7%and19.1%，respectively. The specificity of T-SPOT.TB，TST， TB-Ab and Mtb smear were85.3%，67.6%，70.6%and100%,respectively.The positve rate of T-SPOT.TB is higher than that of otherdetective methods,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Thepositive rate of T-SPOT.TB with ESAT6-CFP10was83%,which is higher thanwith single ESAT-6(74.5%)and with single CFP-10(70.2%)，but no significantdifference was found(P>0.05).Conclusion：T-SPOT.TB is a rapid, more sensitive and specific methodfor early diagnois of tuberculosis, and has great application prospect in clinicalevaluation.
