Conformal Radiotherapy In Primary Liver Cancer With Portal Stem Vein Tumor Thrombus

Objective： To investigate the effects of. conformal radiotherapy inprimary liver cancer with portal stem vein tumor thrombus.Methods:62patientswho had been diagnosed as primary liver cancer with portal stem vein tumorthrombus were selected from September2007to September2009in ourhospital.They received conformal radiotherapy and their survival rate wereanalysed. Results：Survival rate of1year and2years were respectively35%，23%,and Median survival time was7.49months.Conclusion：It is possible toimprove the prognosis for the patients of primary liver cancer with portal stemvein tumor thrombus who received conformal radiotherapy.
