Objective: Probiotics DNA intervention on ovalbumin ( OVA ) induced allergicrhinitis effect animal model to study, discuss in mouse nasal mucosa of regulatory Tcells ( Treg cells ) and serum Th1 / Th2 cell factor level.Method: Cultivation of probiotics, extracted from DNA,6-8Balb / c mice wererandomly divided into DNA group and probiotic nasal saline control group,15 rats ineach group. Probiotics intranasal group:30% ovalbumin ( OVA ) saline solution perml, join AL ( OH )330 mg intraperitoneal injection in the rat, tertian 1, every time1ml,7 times with 5% OVA drops, each side l0ul,1 times a day, a total of 7 times, andhave been sensitized extraction of DNA drops, each side 5ul (25ug / ml ), once a day.Control group: OVA molding method with the fungus intranasal group, but replacedwith saline probiotics DNA drops. ELISA method was used to detect the serumconcentrations of IgE and IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ,IFN-γ/ IL-4. Analysis of nasal mucosain number of Foxp3 positive cells, and the nasal mucosa tissue morphologicalobservation. Group by t test.Result:1. probiotics DNA intranasally in group IgE was significantly lower than that incontrols ( P < 0.05),2. probiotics DNA intranasally in group IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-4was lower than that ofcontrol group ( P < 0.05), while IFN-γ/ IL-4higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).3. probiotics DNA intranasally group in nasal mucosa of the number of Foxp3positive cells was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0.05).4. probiotics DNA intranasally group of nasal mucosa than in the control groupshowed obvious morphological changes. Conclusions:1. probiotics DNA therapeutic intervention by reducing animal model IgE levels,remission of type I allergy.2. probiotic treatment with DNA by adjusting the model animal Th1/Th2cytokine balance, suppression of Th2 cell responses, to play a role in preventionand treatment of allergic rhinitis.3. probiotics treatment with DNA animal model of nasal mucosa by increasing thenumber of Foxp3 positive cells of mouse AR inhibits progression.
