Objective:To investigate renal interstitial fibrosis in young rats (unilateral ureteral obstruction model) in the stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1) Expression of the different time points, correlation, and the use of atorvastatin effects of intervention.METHODS:A young renal interstitial fibrosis. The90rats were randomly divided into control group, drug group and model group,30rats in each. Experimental groups were the first1d,3d,5d,7d,14d all time points measured indicators of renal-related organizations. By Masson’s staining method to evaluate time points in each group the degree of renal impairment. Detected by immunohistochemistry in renal tissue SDF-1and TGF-β1protein expression and correlation trends. Statistical software used for statistical SPSS13.0.Results:UUO rats were observed in renal interstitial fibrosis SDF-1expression in renal tubular epithelial cells, SDF-1in normal rats kidney tissue was low. while in the process of renal fibrosis, its expression level increased And with the severity of renal fibrosis in young rats corresponding expression gradually increased. In control group, model group and the SDF-1treatment group compared to gray scale, there are differences between the three groups (F=9.04, P=0.001), treatment group gray value higher than the model group, and its low degree of fibrosis in the untreated group, three different time points of comparison shows that the model group (F=70.86, P<0.001) and treatment group (F=92.28, P<0.001) at different time points of difference between the gray value, model group and treatment group at each time point comparison between the gray value in addition to the first day outside was no significant difference (P>0.05), remaining there were differences between time points (P<0.05). The results of TGF-β1and SDF-1similar. Experiment shows that with more severe renal fibrosis, TGF-β1expression in the higher trend, SDF-1protein expression trends more interaction between the two may exist. SDF-1protein expression trends and the severity of renal fibrosis was positively correlated, with the time the gray value of each group were negatively correlated, that is, the expression of SDF-1protein in the higher trend, the more severe fibrosis. the gray value LowerConclusion:SDF-1is closely related to renal fibrosis, SDF-1upregulation may promote fibrosis by interfering with the change factor TGF-β1inhibited the progress of renal interstitial fibrosis. Atorvastatin protect the kidneys may be reduced by the expression of SDF-1implementation...
