Objective:Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a frequent acute abdomen in clinic, which have acute onset, rapid development, the characteristics of fatal complications.SAP may concurrent various organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, kidney and otherorgans dysfunction. Some scholars considered that, liver is one of the organs among damaged. This research by measuring ams, ast, alt and liver histopathology in the experimental rats with SAP, Discussion the effect of unrefined rhubarb SAP complicated with liver injury in order to provide better diagnosis and treatment for SAP.Methods:36wistar male rats were divided into three groups randomly:Sham-operated group (n=12), severe acut pancreatitis group (n=12), unrefined rhubarb treatment group(n=12). SAP was induced by retrograde injection of5%sterile sodium traurocholate into biliopancreatic duct at a dose of1mL/kg of the body weight, activityofamylase, befor the rats were killed extract5ml blood from aorta abdominalis respectively,ASM、ALT and AST in serum were detected by visible-infrared spectrometer.Pancreatic and liver tyssues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and were counted for the pancreatic tissues and histological, some of them fixed by5%formaldehyde for histological examination by light microscope. Results:We successfully established Severe acute pancreatitis animal model. The Rats of pancreatitis group exhibited a high amylase and severe pancreatic pathological damage after modeling.severe acut pancreatitis group and unrefined rhubarb treatment group’s ASM、AST and ALT was higher than Sham-operated group.unrefined rhubarb treatment group was lower than severe acut pancreatitis group obviously (P<0.05).Couclusion:unrefined rhubarb can reduce the serumamylase、alanine aminotransferase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase levels in SAP model in rats and could decease liver and pancreas histopathology in Panereatitis rats.
